This Return Policy explains the cancellation, refund, and revision rights applicable to personalized outdoor activity planning products purchased from Plantshenergyor through plantshenergyor.world. Our products include the Starter Trail Plan (€59), Season Explorer Bundle (€149), and Custom Nordic Adventure (€299). As these are digital, customized planning services, specific conditions apply that differ from physical goods return policies.

1. Nature of Our Products

All outdoor activity plans sold by Plantshenergyor are digital, personalized products created specifically for each customer based on the preferences, fitness level, travel dates, and requirements you provide. Once plan development has begun or the completed plan has been delivered to your email address, the product constitutes customized digital content. This customization affects your cancellation and refund rights as described below and in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation governing digital content.

2. Cancellation Before Plan Development

If you wish to cancel your order before our planning team has begun work on your outdoor activity plan, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. To cancel, contact us at admin@plantshenergyor.world or call +358469236801 with your order reference and cancellation request. Refunds for pre-development cancellations are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. If payment was made by bank transfer, we will request your bank details to process the refund.

Plan development is considered to have begun when our team has started researching routes, creating maps, or drafting documentation for your specific order. We will notify you by email when development commences.

3. Cancellation After Delivery of Digital Content

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right does not apply once you have given your express consent to begin delivery before the withdrawal period expires and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

At the time of order, by confirming your purchase and agreeing to these terms, you expressly consent to immediate commencement of plan development and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ceases once the personalized outdoor activity plan has been delivered to your email address. This consent is obtained during the order confirmation process.

4. Revisions and Quality Assurance

Although the statutory withdrawal right may not apply after delivery, Plantshenergyor is committed to delivering quality outdoor activity plans. Each product includes revision allowances as specified on our trail-packages.html page:

A minor revision includes adjustments to route length, rest stop locations, pacing recommendations, or gear list modifications. Revisions that require entirely new route research in a different region or a fundamental change in activity type may be treated as a new order subject to additional fees.

To request a revision, contact us at admin@plantshenergyor.world with your order reference and a clear description of the changes you require. We will respond within two business days with a timeline for the revised plan.

5. Refund Eligibility After Delivery

Refunds after plan delivery are granted only in the following circumstances:

Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction based on personal preference after revisions have been offered and completed, changes in weather or trail conditions after delivery, or failure to read the plan documentation before undertaking outdoor activities.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a written request to admin@plantshenergyor.world including your full name, order date, product purchased, payment reference, and detailed reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within five business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Package Upgrades and Downgrades

If you wish to upgrade your order to a higher-tier outdoor activity plan before delivery, contact us to arrange payment of the price difference. Upgrades are subject to availability and revised delivery timelines. Downgrades from a higher-tier package to a lower-tier package are only possible before plan development begins and will result in a refund of the price difference.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly at admin@plantshenergyor.world before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in delays and additional administrative processing. We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery and communication history to payment processors in chargeback disputes.

9. Force Majeure and Delivery Delays

In rare circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters affecting trail access data, major infrastructure failures, or public health emergencies limiting access to route information, delivery timelines may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to wait for delivery or receive a full refund. Plantshenergyor is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

10. Business Customers

If you purchase our outdoor activity planning products for business or commercial purposes and do not qualify as a consumer under Finnish law, different terms may apply. Business customers should contact us before placing an order to discuss applicable cancellation and refund terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, business purchases are non-refundable after plan delivery.

11. Your Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish and European Union law. If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the statutory rights prevail. For general consumer advice, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta.fi) or the European Consumer Centre Finland.
