By accessing our website, purchasing any of our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Plantshenergyor provides digital outdoor activity planning products, including but not limited to:

• Starter Trail Plan (€59): A single-day personalized hiking or nature route within 50 km of Helsinki, including digital maps, waypoints, elevation data, a basic gear checklist, and seven days of email support.
• Season Explorer Bundle (€149): A multi-day plan covering up to five days of hiking and cycling routes across Uusimaa, with accommodation area recommendations, weather alternative paths, and extended support.
• Custom Nordic Adventure (€299): A premium planning service covering any Finnish region, with unlimited plan revisions, group planning for up to eight participants, detailed safety briefings, and thirty days of priority support.

All products are delivered as digital documents (primarily PDF format) containing route descriptions, maps, timing estimates, gear recommendations, and safety information. Our services do not include physical guided tours, equipment rental, transportation, or accommodation bookings unless explicitly agreed upon in writing as a separate service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase our outdoor activity planning products. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that your physical condition is suitable for the outdoor activities described in your personalized plan.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders for outdoor activity plans may be placed through our contact form at reach-outdoor.html or by contacting us directly. Upon order confirmation, you will receive payment instructions. All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable Finnish VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before plan development begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or requests that fall outside our service scope.

5. Plan Delivery and Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by product:

• Starter Trail Plan: typically within 48 hours of receiving complete order information and payment
• Season Explorer Bundle: typically within 48 to 72 hours
• Custom Nordic Adventure: up to five business days depending on region complexity and revision requirements

Delivery is made electronically to the email address provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check spam folders. Delays caused by incomplete information from the customer are not the responsibility of Plantshenergyor.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Each product includes a specified number of revisions as described on our trail-packages.html page. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance may be subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within the support period associated with your purchased package. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee feasibility if requested changes fundamentally alter the scope of the original plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on plantshenergyor.world, including text, graphics, logos, route designs, maps, and planning methodologies, is the intellectual property of Plantshenergyor or its licensors and is protected by Finnish and international copyright laws. Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your delivered outdoor activity plan for your own recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share our planning documents without prior written consent from Plantshenergyor.

8. Acceptable Use

When using plantshenergyor.world and our services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information in order forms or communications
• Use our plans or website content for commercial resale or redistribution
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our contact forms
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or other users
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from our website without permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Plantshenergyor

9. Safety and Outdoor Activity Disclaimer

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather changes, wildlife encounters, and physical exertion. While Plantshenergyor strives to create accurate and safe route plans based on current available information, we cannot guarantee that all trail conditions, access permissions, signage, or weather forecasts will remain unchanged after plan delivery. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness, preparing appropriate gear, monitoring weather conditions, following local regulations, and making safe decisions while undertaking any outdoor activity. Our plans are informational guides and do not constitute professional guiding services. Always inform someone of your planned route and expected return time before heading outdoors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Plantshenergyor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or outdoor activities undertaken based on our plans. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific outdoor activity plan giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Warranty and Service Quality

We warrant that our outdoor activity plans will be prepared with professional care and based on accurate information available at the time of creation. If you believe your delivered plan contains material errors in route description, distance calculations, or safety information, please contact us within the support period for your package. We will review the issue and, where a genuine error on our part is confirmed, provide a corrected plan at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover changes in trail conditions, weather events, or access restrictions that arise after plan delivery.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under Finnish and EU law that cannot be waived by these Terms. This includes rights related to digital content under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. For information about cancellation and refund rights for digital products, please refer to our Return Policy at return.html. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. 16. Modifications to Terms

Orders placed before a modification are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
